All year 11 lessons (11B and C)

Work to complete coursework – READ the instructions and follow them! Ask another member of the class if in doubt.

Revision questions:

Shared/ICT/GCSE ICT/Exam questions/

Questions grouped by topic. Within each topic there are all the foundation and higher questions ever published by the exam board, along with answers and the examiner’s report for each question. Choose a topic and see how many questions can be answered. Use text books to research gaps …

If you have a memory stick, copy these resources to use in the hols.

Mr Bidgood will be coming round next week with a pen drive – it is IMPORTANT that you copy ALL your ICT coursework onto the pen drive so that I can mark it. If you do not hand it in I will be forced to write to your parents to explain why you may fial your GCSE.

All Year 9 lessons.

Students should make sure that coursework is completed, and then use the evaluation sheet in shared/ICT/year 9 ICT/Drama production project/ to collect feedback and put together evidence to support their work.

Year 8S1

Complete web pages and fill in planning doc.
Go to shared/ict/and use the feedback sheet to collect user feedback.
Think about the comment on improvements that you have received – are they realistic? could you actually do them effectively?
Suggest how you could make the site more effective if you were doing it again.

Go through level descriptors and check that all tasks are completed for your level

Year 7s
design a qestionnaire to use for students to fill in their details to put into your database.

Format it properly to collect in useful data:

e.g. Name __ __ __ __ __ __ __ __ __ would collect better quality data than:
Name: _______________________

Start Year: [ ][ ][ ][ ] is better than Start year: ________________

etc.

Design a poster to advertise the service that you provide. Your audience is students aged 11-14.

They are new to the school - what facts do you need to include?
